Easter (belated)

Benjams and Crew and Ral (not pictured) came to our annual Easter Egg hunt this year.  We had a lot of fun with the cousins and Katrina who came to visit as well.
Side note:  the only reason Noah is smiling in this picture is because I threatened him severely.  Nothing says Easter like death threats.

Ben thought this rock was an egg.  Obviously he's Andrew's son, but hopefully next year he'll lean more towards Kelly's intelligence:)

Notes on the Day and Late Night Musings

As I sit at the computer Peter asks, "Can I use the computer since you're not using it?"
Also, "Mom, what did the frog say to the duck?" "Ribbit?" ...pause..."right!"

***
The other night when I was trying to fall asleep I was giggling to myself about how Trevor told me he was 5'9" when we were dating (he's really 5'8"). AND about the time he said he really liked the dinner I made for him and his roommates when we were dating that I have only made one other time because he has since informed me that he hates it.

Another night I was pondering on the following question: How weird would it be to use breastmilk in cooking, if it was a real emergency or if you simply ran out of regular milk and couldn't/didn't want to go to the store?

Double Twins

I find it odd and reassuring at the same time that Grace and Peter could be twins in these pictures and Noah and Daniel could be twins. Look at those cute faces. Don't you just want to kiss those cheeks?

Haiku (by Grace)

I am red and tall.
You watch and watch me bloom too.
I am beautiful.

Basketball Genius

On Wednesday morning Peter told Trevor and I, "The Jazz are againsting the Timberwolves today. They have Wicky Wubio". (Ricky Rubio to you non-NBA fans)

Yes, yes they do. I think Trevor may have teared up a bit.

Sleep Smile

Danny fell asleep on the couch and kept smiling to himself. It was so cute I took a picture.

We Did It

After about 2 hours of frustration, Trevor and I fixed our washing machine. I'll be honest I had my doubts about it, and Trevor had serious doubts (why didn't we hire someone to fix this? was heard multiple times...along with some swears)...but we did it and I'm pretty proud of myself.
If my dad wasn't preparing for Stake Conference right now I would totally call him to brag about it.
